C.A.R.S.: Cops Against Racing on Streets
A unique educational program that guides young drivers toward making safe, smart decisions while driving.

Florida Department of Transportation (DOT)
Safe Teen Driver is a member of the Florida DOT’s Traffic Safety Summit committee. The DOT also provides props and giveaways for C.A.R.S. events.

Community Traffic Safety Team
Safe Teen Driver’s executive director chairs the Pinellas County education committee of this state program, which is funded by the Department of Transportation.
